Royal Arsenal School of Music - Keys to the Future

The Royal Arsenal School of Music is embarking on an exciting journey to move to new premises, which will provide state-of-the-art facilities, enhanced learning environments, and greater opportunities for our students. This move is essential to accommodate our growing student body and to foster a vibrant and inspiring space for music education. Our goal is to raise funds to cover the moving costs and ensure a smooth transition to our new home in Gunnery Terrace, a historic building constructed around 1880 and located in the Royal Arsenal Woolwich conservation area.

RASM is urgently seeking to raise capital to support our relocation project. The funds will be used to cover the costs associated with the necessary expenses to ensure a smooth transition and improved facilities.

Our target will to cover the costs associated with the move, including:

• Keep lessons within reach of local working families.

• Renovation and setup of the new premises.

• Moving expenses, such as transportation and logistics.

• Upgrading equipment and furnishings.

• Creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for all visitors including students and staff.

By supporting RASM’s Keys to the Future, you will help:

• Provide a more spacious and modern setting, allowing for better utilisation of teaching resources and improved student comfort.

• Enable RASM to offer additional practice rooms, a larger performance space, and upgraded equipment, enhancing the overall learning experience for students.

• Facilitate greater community involvement, with more opportunities for performances, workshops, and collaborations with local organisations.
