Dylan's Top Surgery Fund

Hi! Hello! My name is Dylan, I am a 20 year old transman trying to raise money for my top surgery, or more specifically, a double incision (with nipple grafts) mastectomy.

As you may know, top surgery is incredibly expensive and even with letters of support, my insurance is unwilling to cover any of it, which means that I will be paying for this surgery out of pocket (ouch). Having this surgery is incredibly important to me, as it would greatly decrease the amount of dysphoria I have been experiencing for the majority of my life and will allow me to live my life to its fullest without anything weighing me down. I have been wearing a binder for 5-6 years, but they can only do so much without causing me pain and bruises.

I had my consultation early last year (December), and have recently set a surgery date for June 12, 2023 with Dr. Alexander Facque in San Fransisco.

Any donations are greatly appreciated and will go directly towards the cost of the surgery, as well as the facility fees the center charges. Below is a breakdown of what that entails;

Anesthesia Fee-$1,275

Facility Fee-$3,500

Post-surgery/Recovery Supplies(pillows, scar tape, etc)- ~$150
