Support for Jeffery and Nina Brame's Final Journey

We are the children of Jeffery Dean Brame Sr. and Nina Genice Brame, two wonderful individuals who shared a deep love for each other for over 53 years. Recently, our mother, Nina (Mom), became ill and required hospice care at home, alongside our ailing father, Jeffery. Eventually, it became too challenging for them to manage at home, and we had to move Nina to end-of-life hospice care away from the house. Due to our father's declining health, he was unable to be with her in her final moments. Throughout their marriage, our parents did everything together and were inseparable, weathering both good and challenging times. Despite the hardships they faced while providing for our family and themselves, their love for each other endured even during the darkest days, as they always professed their love for one another.

Their love for each other was so powerful that our parents always told us that when one of them passed, the other would not be far behind.

On a Monday morning, Oct. 7th, at 12:45 am, Nina (Mom) departed from this world, leaving behind a shattered family who found solace in knowing that she had moved on to a better place. Her husband, Jeff, was equally heartbroken but was prepared to handle the difficult task of laying his wife to rest. But 28 hours after Mom's passing, the children went to pick up our father, Jeff, to assist with funeral arrangements for Nina. To our shock, we found Dad heartbroken and passed away on the loveseat near where he and Mom used to sit together, leaving this world to join her forever.

Mom and Dad departed just as they always lived, in love and always together.

Unfortunately, our parents' finances were always stretched thin, particularly in later years when both of them were disabled, which made it difficult for them to prepare for their departure from this life to the next, which has fallen upon us to cover. They have left behind a number of needs that will have to be filled, including funeral costs, a car note worth less than owed, and a number of debts that will have to be paid.
