Victor H. Villegas

We are deeply saddened to share with all of you that our beloved dear friend and co-worker, Victor H. Villegas, has left us far too soon. On November 20th, 2023, Victor’s wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Villegas, and their three children; Victor Hugo Jr., Brian Adam, and Elizabeth Marie worlds were forever changed when they lost him. Mr. Villegas was a loving and caring husband and father who had the love and admiration of his wife and children. He was the central core of the family. He loved and took care of his family like no other person. Our dear friend and co-worker Victor H. Villegas touched the lives of all of those around him in one way or another. Our dear friend Elizabeth Villegas and her three children are faced with the painful task of arranging his funeral to honor Mr. Villegas’ memory.

We are reaching out to our friends and family to ask for your support to alleviate the financial burden. Our dear friend and co-worker Elizabeth and family is grateful for the love, prayers, and unconditional support they have received from family and every one of you during this difficult time of immense grief.

Mr. Villegas’ viewing will be held on Monday, November 27th, 2023, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home located at 256 Hall town Rd, Harper’s Ferry, WV 25425 (A Catholic Vigil/Rosary will be offered at 7:30 PM for those who wish to participate). The Mass will be held at Saint James the Grater Catholic Church located at 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023, at 10:00 AM followed by the burial at St. Peter’s Cemetery located at 5180-5186 William L. Wilson Fwy, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.
