Help me meet my long lost brother

My father passed away 6 years ago, he was a WW II veteran. On his death bed he told me a secret that I had a younger half brother who lives in Belgium. As days go by it's always been on my mind to find him. I flew home to Indonesia to my Mum's village and asked around about him. I found a bit of information and only last year did I find out his full name. I have searched everywhere and messaged everyone with that name on Facebook. Only earlier this year I found my younger brother. It was only when he asked his Mum if she ever loved anyone else but his Dad and she told him she had one other lover before his Dad (Step Dad). We then shared all the information we knew about our Dad and everything just matches up. 

We have now decided to meet up for the first time face to face. He is studying and I have just recently faced a costly divorce. My only target now is to get to meet up with my younger brother for the first time. I know this would be my Dad's last wish for us to unite. I will be forever grateful for any support through this tough time to turn it into happiness and joy and promise to post photos and progress of our meet up.
