Army Veteran has lost everything in house fire.

Hi,
Our names are Seth and Jade. We are trying to raise funds to help our dad whose house recently burnt down. My Dad is an army veteran and had served 16 years in the army, being deployed to East Timor and Afghanistan where he was injured and evacuated home to Australia. He has PTSD, extensive spinal injuries and damaged knees. He spent 99% of his time at home with his animals. His cats were the ones who had made him feel safe and better from the trauma he had experienced. His house on Tramway drive, Currans Hill, caught fire around 1am on the 2nd of October. He first saw the fire and tried to put it out, realised it was too big and had to get out. His roommate and her boyfriend tried to save her rats but ended up stuck in her room. My father ran out the back and ripped the window open to get them out. After checking that his dog was okay and safe he ran around the front of the house to break his bedroom window to where he thought the cats would be. He was about to climb back in to get his cats when his neighbour had restrained him, stopping him from going back in. Not long after the roof of the house collapsed. Later in the day the firefighters were going through the house after it was stable. During this search they found one of the cats and when they went to grab him they saw the second. Then searching through my dads bedroom they found the last one. All three had died from smoke inhalation and did not get burnt. The only things that my Dad had managed to save was a pair of shorts, a shirt, his dog and his car. He has lost all of his army medals/memorabilia, photos, his cats and all of his belongings.
