Rocky River Girls Youth Lacrosse
What are these funds for?
100% of funds raised (minus any GoFundMe fees) will be used to purchase a 10x20, RRGL-themed ‘TeamTent' for 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 teams registering in tournaments across the NEO region. Our intent is to donate this new tent to the RRYGL program allowing young lacrosse players to benefit from this gift for years to come.
Why is a tent important?
While extremely fun, lacrosse tournaments often last a full day and are played in all types of weather. A 'Team Tent' is essential to provide protection from the elements (hot sun, cold rain, etc.) while also providing a communal place for players to eat, relax and celebrate their time together.
Why should you support our girls?
Youth Lacrosse is exploding in popularity, offering our kids a fantastic outlet to promote a healthy lifestyle, opportunity for socialization (across grades), and develop/build individual character. The RRGYL is all of this and more.
