Hope for a Cure

My mother, Vicki Jones, was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer in April of 2015. In addition to the tumor in her pancreas there were eight spots on her liver. The outlook was grim. Miraculously she was able to undergo surgery to remove the primary tumor after having an incredible response to chemotherapy.
Unfortunately one lymph node tested positive for cancerous cells and within 5 months her cancer had returned. Chemotherapy was restarted and again the response was amazing. She was in remission for another 5 months.
We discovered in April 2017 that her cancer had returned, this time as spots in her liver and lungs. We have restarted chemotherapy and hope that her body and the cancer respond well again. We are beginning to realize that this treatment, although temporarily successful, is not curing her condition.
My mother has been talking with different practitioners about her condition and treatment options that could possibly cure her cancer. Unfortunately insurance does not cover the costs of most of these treatments and they are beyond our means. We are creating this page in the hopes that she may be able to try some or all of these treatments and have an opportunity to experience long term results or complete healing.
Ultimately our faith is in God who has promised her healing and we trust Him to guide us thorough this journey. Thank you for reading and please share our story. Prayers are also appreciated.
