Eye surgery

I am seeking financial assistance for a crucial eye surgery that is urgently needed. Severe cataracts and damage in both of my eyes have resulted from my diagnosis of chronic uveitis and sarcoidosis. This has led to the development of cataracts and glaucoma, causing me to lose over 70% of my vision and leaving me legally blind with only about 20% of vision remaining. These limitations greatly impact my ability to carry out daily activities, especially as I am responsible for caring for my five beautiful children.
