Help Johnny get a Second Chance

A few months ago, Johnny and his sister were abandoned by their parents. His sister was quickly adopted from the shelter they were surrendered to...leaving Johnny all by himself. During his stay at the shelter, Johnny snapped at a volunteer and he was marked as aggressive. The California Miniature Schnauzer Rescue (CMSR) stepped in to save Johnny from a likely death sentence.

CMSR placed Johnny in the home of one of their volunteer foster parents. Within hours, his foster parents realized that Johnny was in terrible pain and would snap when you touch his face. After a thorough vet examination, Johnny was diagnosed with Stage 4 Dental Disease and needs oral surgery.

Unfortunately, CMSR does not have the funds to cover the entire cost and is reaching out to our supporters, friends, family, and all lovers of our canine companions to help relieve Johnny of his pain, bring him back to the health happy little man he truly is, and give him a second chance at a pain-free life with a forever family who will love him for the rest of his life.

Johnny is first weekend at his foster family's. Playing in the backyard with his 3 foster siblings. He thought the artifical turf was super cool.

Johnny took a very long nap after a day at the groomers.
