Tight spot

Hi gang, To say this is hard is an understatement. As a freelancer, we are used to rough patches between projects. It's part of the industry as they say. Normally it passes within a few days but I have had a lot of medical bills due to my failing kidneys. I have been on dialysis since November of 2022 and am currently doing 3 days a week for 5 hours each treatment. This makes it harder to hunt down new projects and keep up will household bills. I currently have a few long-term projects that will get me back on track but they won't come to fruition till later in the year. I hate to ask for help but I am out of other options at the moment. I appreciate any help you can spare, I know these are tough times for us all. I am also taking new commissions if you need any art. Thank you for your consideration.
