Ruben Davila Sir. Death Benefit

On August 8th, 2021 Ruben Davila Sir. took his last breath while surrounded by family and friends at his sons' residence in Killdeer North Dakota. Ruben was a very spontaneous friendly member of our family, many came to for enjoyment. He survived alongside his son, Ruben Davila Jr., Daughter in Law Shayla Davila, Grandchildren in Law Brendon Gibson, Brenton Gibson, and Jazmyn Gibson.

Ruben Davila Sir. was born in Paris Texas during the thriving thirties. He fulfilled his life by overtaking many champion titles in his favorite line of work, Boxing. After retiring from his work-filled life, he set his permanent residence in Illinois alongside his wife Christina Davila, and many children. His love for family and conversation captivated a few, soon creating envious thoughts within many. As his health began to decline; he was suffering from an extensive list of heart issues, Dementia and Alzheimers; his need for ADL care was apparent. He pushed through the thickness of Covid-19 staying happy and healthy.

As his time came to an end, he shared his last laughs and conversations with those he loved most, his FAMILY! The purpose of this GoFundMe is to raise as many gracious donations to help cover the expensive bill of his cremation. As many know, few to many have been hit hard financially by the unpredictable nature of Covid. We stretch out a hand to every and anyone willing to help Ruben Davila Sir. rest easy in the arms of his family.
