Ruben Fraguada Nicholson, 38 years of age, passed away suddenly at his home in Blairstown, NJ on June 28, 2022. He was born on June 26, 1984, in Canóvanas, Puerto Rico to Ruben and Nancy (Nicholson) Fraguada. He was a caring soul and loved all animals, especially his dogs, Peach, Fred, and Frank. Singing and music were personal passions particularly the 80’s genre, as well as his wide video game collection. He loved working his roofing job which gave him a sense of pride, as he wasn’t afraid of heights. He was always the life of the party and could walk into any room and come out with new friends.

 

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Maria, his parents Ruben and Nancy, daughters Cameron Mariah, Natalie Marielle, and Sofiah Marie, two sisters, Angie and Michelle Fraguada, nieces Nyellis Fraguada, Naylanis Maldonado, and nephew Rayden Maldonado, great grandparents Miriam Carrasquillo and Rafael Fraguada, as well as many other extended family.

 

A visitation will be from 3-5PM Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Newbaker Funeral Home 200 Route 94, Blairstown, NJ 07825.
