Ruby is a good friend and a loving person who has been put through a world of undeserved hurt as of recent.

Since the establishment of this GFM she has escaped Virginia, but the situation she is currently in is no better. Her parents are threatening to have her hospitalized against her will in order to further have excuse to dehumanize their daughter and deny her disability accommodation or transition therapy.

I have witnessed her father put his hands on her without consent, and her mother openly berates her for being on HRT. The two use paying for her spinal surgery as an excuse to get away with long term abuse, and refuse to surrender the assets tat exist in Ruby's name.|

Ylva, her partner, is an abuse and assault survivor with a complicated living situation all her own.

This fundraiser has been organized to help Ruby and Ylva get a place together with their friends Spectra and Max, far away from those who have done them harm and hurt. The funds will pay for:

Food and gas

Moving fees

Down payment on an apartment/home

and the first few months of bills while they get settled.

All donations will go to Ylva and Ruby directly.
