Ruby Jessop home

Ruby and her children escaped the FLDS cult in 2013. Ruby has made great strides to gain her independence and realize she has the ability to live outside the control and manipulation she was born into. Ruby was not allowed to get an education outside of church schools and never allowed to get a job. Ruby began her first job last November and has found that she has the ability and the right to be free from the control and oppression she has known since birth. Ruby is now looking to gain her independence by moving into her own place and must secure an $8000.00 down payment which will allow her to remain close to her sister and the support network this family has gained. The children will be close to the school they have come to love and the neighborhood they now call their own. This move will enable Ruby and her six children to fully realize that they never again must rely on domination or submission for survival.
