Ruby's Journey to Clear Vision
Donation protected
Hi, My Name is Darryl Taylor.
My Mother has a young cat named Ruby. She has a condition known as entropion. It's an eye condition where her fur is rolled to the inside of her eyelids. This is caused because her eyeballs are underdeveloped. They are too small. This causes her eyelashes to be constantly rubbing against her eyeballs. Causing constant irritation and odorous discharge. Unless corrected she will always have to make regular visits to the vet for medication ointment to be put in her eyes, and will suffer cornea damage, and eventually loss of sight. Plus always be miserable and have to be traumatized by ointment being put in her eyes. She is a sweet little cat, and we would like to get this corrected with a one time surgery at the Animal Eye Institute in Carmel, where we had our consultation.
Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
