To all, friends, colleagues, and family.
Last Thursday , Rudy was admitted to the hospital with congestive heart failure. His wife, Nancy, now stays all day , his sister, Gracie, stays all night with Rudy. On top of that, Rudy has an allergic reaction to his leukemia medicine that fills his body with extra water. Doctors prescribed dialysis and have Rudy use a ventilator to be more comfortable. Rudy has not been able to walk since his arrival and will need rehabilitation after his hospital stay. Funds have dwindled to a point where the one-time or monthly contributions would help our Rudy. Thank you so much for your help.

At LAX, Rudy has given us 40 years of free laughter, happiness, and humility and has devoted his entire life and professional career to serving, solving, and helping others above and beyond the call of duty. Today it is our turn to give back to him and his family. Rudy got Covid-19, and while doctors analyzed his blood test to see if he was eligible for Paxlovid, they discovered he has leukemia. Doctors immediately prescribed chemotherapy for at least a year because of the advanced stage. The chemotherapy's severe physical and mental aftereffects forced Rudy to be bedridden for at least a month. Despite all that, Rudy participated in our “monthly Meeting” and told us he would conduct business as usual. We objected that his health was more important than doing business. Unfortunately, our Rudy cannot afford to stop working. Rudy will never admit that he needs anything. Therefore, we started this fund to allow you to contribute as much as you can afford. One-time or monthly contributions will go directly to his account. The goal is to raise $100,000. We thank you in advance for your good deed and hope that Rudy, his adorable and dedicated wife, Nancy, their three sons and Donovan, the grandson, will come out quickly of this challenging time.
