Ruffles the little abused puppy

Little Ruffles is a seven month old terrier mix. Who has had 11 broken bones in his short life. He had surgery yesterday to fix a badly broken leg. They had to use pins and plates to put it back together. Now the university says he will need at least three more surgeries if not more. This is all the result of neglect or abuse. No puppy should have to endure such abuse.  Joshuas House and Dr. Nayfield have donated the cost of the first surgery. But this baby needs so much more. Please help.
