Help Rufus buy a portable oxygen concentrator

Recently I've discovered that I need to have constant use of oxygen due to congestive heart failure. The current system of using canistered oxygen isn't conducive to any form or travel, nor is it easy just for general use. I need a portable oxygen concentrator so that I can travel to doctor's appointments at Stanford (one is coming up in November), travel to see family, and just have ease of movement in my daily life. The portable oxygen concentrator costs almost $7000 and isn't covered by Medicare or AARP supplemental insurance. I'm looking for help covering this cost and also covering some of my remaining medical expenses for my 2 recent emergency hospital stays. I'd appreciate your help!
