Rui Xia Zhen
Over 15 months ago, Rui Xia Zhen was struck by a vehicle operated by an employee of the City of San Francisco's Department of Public Works. The accident resulted in her death and became a great loss for her husband, Huang Zheng Fang, and son, Zhuorong “Ray” Fang. Huang is retired and Ray moved from New Jersey to San Francisco to help care for his father. Ray is currently unemployed as he left his job after this incident occurred. Huang and Ray live together in a small apartment in Chinatown and survive on minimal monthly income received
from Huang's monthly social security check. Funds raised will go towards helping them with necessities such as rent and food.
CYC is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Huang and Ray and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to support them.
