Run Kin Run

On February 5, 2022 I will participating in the Life Time Miami Marathon event. This will be my first race ever.
I’m excited to be a part of this adventure but even more eager because of my personal goal to give back.

My mission is to raise money and to donate to two different organizations that have played a significant role in my life.

 

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Haverhill has been a place where I grew up in, but has provided me with so many opportunities to succeed.

This club is one of the oldest in the United States.

The building is over 120 years old, and has fed, taught, and raised the inner city youth of Haverhill.

It has been a home to countless families and children and continues to do so.

I’m dedicating this run to honor the strength and impact the club has given me throughout the years.

My hope is to inspire more children who are members to dream big and always remember where they came from.

 

Another organization I would like to give back to is The Movement Family.

TMF is founded by Michael Gorman, a childhood friend and teammate.

Their commitment to supporting individuals who are working through challenges such as homelessness and substance abuse is inspiring.

The group wants to improve the lives of others by any means. Once a community member joins the movement, they have a family for life.

 

I can’t do this alone. We are only stronger together.

Our goal is $5,000. I will be giving back 100% of the proceeds to both organizations.
