Run to help Luke beat Colon Cancer

Hi all. I am having another crack at the 100km distance and want to help out a mate Luke Johnson who at age 31 was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer.

Luke is one of the kindest and giving guys going around. It’s devastating his life he has begun to build with partner Tegan has been put on hold while he tries to fight off the cancer.

6 months of weekly radiation to shrink the cancer to a safe size to operate on is what lies ahead. The radiation leaves Luke fatigued and has to assess and take each day as it comes.

Money raised will help Luke with all of his medical bills, loss of income, medication and more.

The 100km run will take place in Anglesea on the 16th of September and will aim to cover close to 1000km in training in the lead up.
