香港人跑步籌款 支援牆內外手足 #RunForHomeKong

大家好，小弟波飛佬，不經覺移居英國已經兩年多。自己有幸喺英國展開新生活，但心入面一直記掛香港。可能會覺得一個人嘅影響力不大，我就唔想看輕每道微小力量。帶著感恩和愧疚嘅心情，希望自己仍然可以為受困嘅香港人做啲嘢，我決定嘗試做一次長跑籌款。

本人計劃於今年7月8日，完成一次距離約62公里嘅長跑，路線走遍倫敦市內七間英超球會。我暫時跑步最長距離係30公里，今次訂下超越自己紀錄一倍嘅目標，希望突破自己外，更重要係希望可以得到大家支持，一起幫助有需要嘅香港人。

是次活動籌得嘅所有款項，不扣除任何成本將會捐給以下兩個機構：

1. 細葉榕人道支援基金 Bonham Tree Aid (英國註冊社會企業：13529827)

於2021年7月26日於英國成立，在2021年12月註冊為社會企業。

主要活動為提供經濟支援予香港在囚政治囚犯。

另外，亦推出「細葉榕獎學金」培育傑出⻘年領袖，藉以促進⺠主人權發展，傳承香港文化：及透過教育或文化課程、活動、講座培養下一代公⺠組織棟樑。

2. 在家基金 At Home Foundation (英國註冊慈善機構：1199629)

於2021年6月在英國成立，在2022年7月註冊為認可慈善機構。

主旨是幫助新移民，特別是經濟有困難嘅香港移民。

主要項目為：(一) 資助工作配對平台，替香港年輕移民揾工。(二) 支持「港援」嘅緊急住宿計劃，為正在申請庇護，而仍未獲政府資助的香港年輕提供臨時居所及情緒輔導；(三) 成立獎學金，幫補有意繼續學業嘅香港學生。

基金主要為香港及英國有迫切生活需要嘅手足提供支援。

**路線有機會更改但不會少於62公里

Hello Everyone,

This is Pete of HK Footstop, to mark my second year relocating from Hong Kong to the United Kingdom with my family, I would like to challenge myself to do something out of my comfort zone.

I am fortunate to have started a new life in the UK, but my heart has always been concerned about my beloved hometown. You might think that you cannot make a big difference as an individual, but I do not underestimate the power of every small action. With gratitude and guilt, I wish to do something for those who are trapped in Hong Kong. Therefore, I have decided to attempt a long-distance charity run to raise funds for them.

I plan to complete a run of approximately 62 kilometres on the 8th of July this year, covering routes that pass through seven English Premier League football clubs within London (Brentford FC, Fulham FC, Chelsea FC, Crystal Palace FC, West Ham FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC and Arsenal FC). The longest distance I've run is 30 kilometres, so this time, I've set a goal to surpass my previous record and, more importantly, to receive support from all of you to help those in need in Hong Kong.

All funds raised from this event, without deducting any costs, will be donated to the following two organisations:

1. Bonham Tree Aid CIC (UK registered CIC: 13529827)

Incorporated in England and Wales in July 2021, and successfully registered as a community interest company in Dec 2021.

Provide monthly financial aid to the political prisoners in Hong Kong.

Launched the 'Bonham Tree Scholarship' in 2022 to cultivate outstanding young leaders to promote democracy & human rights and inherit Hong Kong culture; and cultivate the next generation of civic organisations through education & culture courses, activities, and lectures.

2. At Home Foundation (UK registered CIO: 1199629)

Incorporated in England and Wales in June 2021, and successfully registered as a charity in July 2022.

Its mission is to provide aid and support to newly arrived immigrants, in particular those from Hong Kong who need financial and other support.

The main programs are: (1) support the job placement platform “Find a Good Boss” to help HK youngsters find jobs; (2) support “Hong Kong Aid” in providing emergency accommodation and emotion counselling to young HKers; (3) provide scholarships to support students from HK in furthering their studies in the UK.

Finally, no matter how much I raise, I will push through the run with determination and I hope for your generous support. Despite not being physically in Hong Kong, I have never forgotten and I know you feel the same.
