Running across Wales in a day for Dementia UK

Hello, my name is Ben Browne and I really appreciate you taking a moment to read about my upcoming challenge which is taking place on May 10th 2024.

I am going to be attempting to run across Wales, in one day, for the amazing Dementia UK Charity - with the help of family as my support crew. This challenge will see me navigating Wales's beautiful mountainous terrain, East to West, for approximately 80 Kilometres (50 Miles). The journey will start in the little hamlet of Anchor, in England, and will finish at the seaside town of Aberystwyth, Wales.

I will be undertaking this challenge in support of Dementia UK. Dementia can be described as 'one of the biggest health challenges of our time', bringing fear and confusion for not only the person diagnosed but also the people closest to them.
