Running an ultramarathon for Appledown Dog Rescue
I volunteer at Appledown Dog Rescue. They are truly amazing and do their absolute best for stray and unwanted dogs.
They provide immediate warm, dry shelter, food and medical help if necessary.
Appledown do everything they can to find every suitable dog in their care a loving, forever home. Karaoke in the photo with me, is just one of the many Appledown is currently helping and is waiting for her perfect home.
Like most charities this last year has meant fundraising has been curtailed and therefore available cash has been so desperately tight.
I'm raising money for Appledown Rescue and Rehoming Kennels and any donation will help make an impact.
On the 17th October I am running an ultramarathon at the Forest Centre in Marston Morteyne. I will be running for a minimum of 6 hours!
