Collecting funds to procure laptops or chrome books for the CHOA Hospital (Egleston) children’s library.
Kiddos under hospital care that are quarantined or restricted from the hospital common areas need these devices for their hospital rooms. The longer term care kids leverage these for staying connected, playing games and doing their school work all from their hospital rooms as example.
The laptops the hospital library currently have were handed down from hospital staff several years ago, were older upon receiving them and are dying off rapidly.
Important to note the hospital library relies on 100% donations for everything including media, devices and technology of this kind.
Your support will go towards the procurement and donation of new laptops or chrome books to the hospital children's library. I will provide all donors with a validation letter and receipts for value estimations.
It would be a lasting gift for so many of the kids that need these devices while under the care of the hospital. I found it a great way to serve years ago and going back for another round with your support means the world to me.
Target donation date to deliver devices to the children's hospital library is October 21st.
