Running the London Marathon in memory of Liz

On 6th November 2018, our wonderful friend Liz tragically passed away. Liz sadly left behind her three gorgeous sons Ashton, Austin and Phoenix who were her entire world.
After successfully getting a ballot place for the London Marathon 2019, I spoke with Liz about my training plan as she had always told me yoga was really helpful for runners when we did a 10k together a few years back. She also went on to tell me how crazy I was for taking on the challenge but of course Liz being Liz, was very supportive.
Since finding out the news that Liz passed, I just knew that I needed to do something for her boys and her family who have been left behind. This is why I will be running the London Marathon on 28th April 2019 in memory of our beautiful, kind, thoughtful and gorgeous friend Elizabeth Flinn. All money raised will be given to Liz’s boys to ensure they can do all the things Liz would have wanted for them growing up. Unfortunately Liz isn’t here to look after and support them anymore, but we are!
