Running the 2023 London Marathon for Mind

On the 23rd of April 2023 I will be taking part in the TCS London Marathon, running 26.2 miles for the charity organisation - Mind. Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing mental health problems - something I feel strongly about. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

I will too be running this marathon in tribute for our beloved friend/family member Keelan who we tragically lost back in July 2017. I have always said I will strive to accomplish something extraordinary to honour his life and 5 years on, my mission begins.
