We are running to help get Suffolk kids out on the water

Once again we are running in the Suffolk Whole Hog on SUNDAY 6th OCTOBER to put ourselves through a physical endurance test of a cross country run topped up with about a dozen or so obstacles to make sure that we are properly exhausted and definitely in a filthy condition.

This year we are running to raise funds for the AYC Schools Sailing Trust, which gives schools in Suffolk the chance for their students to get on the water and benefit from the life skills that sailing, and water-based sports, can encourage – creativity, confidence, teamwork, communication, determination, and independence.

We believe that every child in Suffolk should be introduced to the opportunities which are on their doorstep to get outside and experience some of the amazing landscape and our beautiful rivers.
