Running water for children in Gambia hi

Hi my name is Chris and I have a friend I have known for 16 years who lives in The Gambia west Africa. Last November I visited his compound where he lives with his wife and 8 children. Whilst on my holiday he and his friends took us around Gambia and helped us but at his home he had no toilet no sink no shower and his elder children were getting buckets of water from a well to do washing and cleaning

He needs 1300 to have a water pump and tower built to get the water from the ground and then a pipeline to his home. Then he will need extra for a toilet and sink and an electric panel to start and stop the pump as and when needed

We in UK take water for granted but he works full time in security and earns around 80 pounds a month. My friend Dembo is a proud man but running water is a luxury he can't afford but so desperate for it. Please can you help to raise this money for my friend Dembo in the Gambia for him and his family
