About #runthepeg100

Founded in 2022 by a group of passionate runners who would like to serve the community. #runthepeg100 is a fundraiser of running 100 km around Winnipeg in one day to raise awareness of the unsheltered neighbors. In 2022 & 2023 #runthepeg100 raised over $18k to support the unsheltered community.

We are going to #runthepeg100 the third time on July 13, 2024!

How You Can Participate

N'Dinawemak - Our Relatives' Place, a new, Indigenous-led warming resource in Winnipeg since November 2021, leading the shift from managing homelessness through emergency responses, to ending it through long-term solutions like housing, homelessness prevention, and person-centered supports.
