A Runway for the Boyle Family
Donation protected
In 2022, Jeremy Boyle—husband to Amelia and father to their six children—was diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). MSA is a degenerative condition that has no cure and which has a fairly short life expectancy. Since the official diagnosis, Jeremy’s health has already been declining to where he had to close down most of his private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. As of now, Amelia has been a full-time caretaker to their six children in the home, and Jeremy is still the sole breadwinner.
We at Revere Home Makeover were able to lift a huge burden with a complete makeover of their home during an 8-day period between May 6 – May 12. Our renovation project will ensure that their home is a place of refuge and a place of tranquility, simplicity, and peace, as they focus on experiences with the remaining time left they have with Jeremy. While our organization was able to give them a new and improved home, we are asking the public to join with us in alleviating the very real financial burden that is coming when their sole breadwinner passes on.
Airplanes require a certain amount of speed and thrust to take flight. Without an adequately long runway, they are unable to reach the threshold required to get into the air. Just like a runway, this fundraiser will help Amelia to eventually take flight as the primary financial caretaker of their family. But in the meantime, we are helping her buy time with what time Jeremy has left until she is able to pick up speed and retool her skill set to adequately provide for the family. We urge each of you to donate any amount you can to help give Amelia and her six children as long of a runway as possible in preparing for their new “normal without Jeremy by their side.
On behalf of Revere Home Makeover, we humbly thank you in advance for your generosity, support, and kindness shown to the Boyle family during their time of great need!
