Russ Rumsey in Tucson Az

Hi, my name is Russ Rumsey, and I live in Tucson, Arizona. Last March, I was out for a job interview at one of our local hospitals for a maintenance position. Walking back to my truck, I fell very short of breath and had to rest. This condition was very odd for me as I had never had such a feeling. A visit to my doctor revealed I had a condition called Afib, which means my small heart valves fluttered, and my heart rhythm was wrong. My blood pressure was also exceptionally high. I was immediately put on several medications. Shortly afterward, a young driver crashed into my truck, causing it to be totaled. I have not earned income since then, exhausted all savings, and had to sell some items to pay overheads. Last week I was diagnosed with an enlarged Aorta. I have no option but to try and reach out for help as I cannot work and earn, and the side effects of my medications are complex. All funds will be used to pay past due bills, mortgage, and overheads until my forced early retirement starts in December.
