Rusty's Emotional Support Animal and Pet Deposit

Hi, my name is Neal Monroe and I am a 72 year old man who lives in an alternative living facility group home. Six months ago i talked to our Director about possibly getting a dog. I had a dog a year ago but he died and it has been hard on mw without him. I have PTSD and anxiety problems as well as Depression and the dog helped me so much and was a great comfort. Well our Director said we could get a dog and I started looking for one. She knew I was going to the shelter and I did find a very good little dog. Rusty is a Cairn Terrier that is two years old very well behaved, loving and affectionate. So a month after I adopted Rusty the Director said that the landlady said we could not have a dog Unless I paid a $275.00 pet deposit. I also wanted to get Rusty registered as an Emotional Support Animal which will cost between $100-$200 more. If I can get the deposit and get rusty registered I will be able to keep Rusty and no one can say anything against it again. So please I need your help and for Rusty's sake as well. He is a good dog and is greatly loved.
