While visiting home, Zimbabwe i learnt of Ruth's struggles.Below is her plea for help.

'I am Ruth Hwara,a 24 year old filled with hope and desparation,reaching out to you with heartfelt plea for funding.Shortly after i draduated from the University of Zimbabwe in Dec 2022,my life took a tragic turn when i was diagnosed with a CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD).Now my existence depends on the grueling routine of dialysis,enduring five hour sessions twice a week.

Dr Madzudzo,my specialist, has made it clear that akidney transplant is my only chance at survival.But the cost of this life saving procedure in India is estimated at $30 000usd a staggering amount that is far beyond my reach.That is reason iam writing to you, hoping that you can find it in your heart to support me in this desparate time.

Everyday i fight to cling onto life,dreaming of a future free from from the restrains of CKD.I long to break free from the chains of dialysis, to regain my health and reclaim my place in society.Your compassionate assistance could be the lifeline that pulls me out of this dark abyss.
