"Dear friends and family,"

Today, I stand before you with a heavy heart, as we mourn the loss of my beloved grandmother LaVern Batchelor. She was not only a pillar of strength and love in our family, but also a beacon of hope and compassion in our community.

As we remember her, we are reminded of the values she held dear and the causes she championed throughout her life. She dedicated her time, energy, and resources to making a difference in the lives of those who needed it most.

In honor of her memory, we have set up this GoFundMe campaign so we can lay her to rest the proper way. Your love and support is much needed at this time. We appreciate everything that comes our way.
