It is with heavy hearts that we come together once again to honor the life of Ruth, a beloved wife, mother, teacher, and dancer. Ruth touched countless lives as an English teacher, instilling a love of learning in her students, and as a former ballerina, she brought grace and beauty into every room she entered. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Tragically, Ruth has now joined her 11-year old daughter Stella, who passed earlier this year. She leaves behind her husband Marcell and their teenage son Luiz, who are struggling with the unimaginable grief of losing both a daughter/sister and a wife/mother in such a short time.

Having moved from Brazil 5 years ago to pursue new dreams, Marcell’s family never imagined they would face another devastating tragedy in such a short time!... Now, Marcell and Luiz are not only mourning the loss of their beloved Ruth (while still grieving Stella), but are also dealing with the financial strain of her funeral expenses.
