Ruthie's Neighborhood Barbershop

This is a donation fund for Ruthie the Barber of Ruthie's Neighborhood Barbershop to use to sustain herself and her business through current financial troubles.

For 20 years, Ruthie has gifted the quickly gentrifying neighborhood of Park Slope with quality haircuts, warmth, and conscientious service.

Her customers (many of whom have been coming to her for years) have said of her: “She's a small business owner, fun to talk to, multi-talented and very welcoming,” and "not just one of the best barbers I've ever encountered, but also one of the best HUMANS I've ever encountered."

This, of course, couldn't be more true. She gives to her neighbors and customers alike with grace, ease, and an open heart.

She is currently accepting donations as a way to offset financial setbacks related to her personal situation.

All money from this fund will go to her personal rent and expenses so she can keep her home and business up and running. It is important that she make her goal within the coming weeks as it is a time sensitive issue.

Anyone who knows Ruthie knows that she is an exemplary person who would be so grateful to have your support and help making her goal possible!
