Ruth's Battle with Stage 4 Breast Cancer
Donation protected
This page has been created to help raise funds to pay for the treatment of Ruth's Stage 4 breast cancer. Ruth and David are the most generous people we know and have spent their lives in loving service and ministry to all those around them. We want to invite each of you to give to this precious couple who have given so much to others. Please read her story in David and Ruth's words below.

On June 30, 2020, we received the shocking results from the lymph node biopsy. Ruth has Stage 4 breast cancer.
Cancer was not on our radar! How could this happen to someone who has lived a healthful lifestyle, eaten a plant-based diet all her life, avoided harmful substances, and exercised regularly? Unfortunately, Ruth has suffered several underlying health conditions for years and we believe that stress and chronic insomnia are the major contributors to her developing cancer.
The PET/CT and MRI results confirm that the cancer has spread to multiple lymph nodes and multiple spots on Ruth’s spine. Two oncologists have recommended that she be placed on palliative care since her cancer is considered terminal. But she is not willing to give up without a fight! Her hope is in the Lord and she believes that only God decides when our lives will end.
We are currently seeking treatment from The Center for Advanced Medicine in Alpharetta, GA, an integrative cancer treatment program under the direction of oncologist Jonathan Stegall, MD, author of the book, Cancer Secrets. Dr. Stegall combines the best of modern medicine, natural remedies, and alternative therapies that have good scientific evidence backing their effectiveness in fighting cancer. However, the program is not covered by insurance since it is not considered standard of care by the conventional medical world (yet). The program gets good results, and we believe it has a lot of potential and hope for treating the cancer.
Since this is an aggressive form of cancer, time is of the essence. We plan to begin treatment immediately, but are required to raise sufficient funds to cover the costs. We deeply appreciate your prayers and any support that you can provide.
Thank you and may God richly bless you.
