Help me make a comeback

Hi this isDebi..I'm raising funds to pay bills. I was out of work from Jan 31st till Sept 1 due to a series of hemorrhagic strokes and two subsequent brain surgeries which required a craniotomy.. .the removal of a large section of my skull on the right side. Between recovery from surgery and inpatient physical therapy I was hospitalized for four weeks. My surgeon can't repair my skull until the health insurance approval of another cat scan to build an artificial piece to replace the bone that was removed from my skull. They're dragging their feet. I am only allowed to work part time no longer than four hours a day. So far the job's budget constraint has only been able to get me 9hours a week regularly some folks have let me cover a few hours of their shift as long as I don't exceed four hours that day. But it's not enough I'm behind on rent my son's father paid October rent but November is late. He also paid September car payment and my 6 month car ins premium its good till March 8 but now October ccar PMT is past due and November's is late electric is $200 past due. Social security is dragging their feet too I did qualify for food stamps but that don't pay the rent or bills. I'm tryingfolks I could use your helpingwve no family wh is in pocket to help my son only just turned 18 and his dad pays his tuition at community college. I don't like asking for help I'm usually very independent. If I could work full-time right now I WOULD LOVE TO.
