Please help keep my family from being EVICTED

Hi, my name is Crystal I'm coming to you humbly to ask you desperately for help. Myself and my elderly uncle are facing eviction just before Christmas. On November 15th I was taken by EMTs to Holy Cross Hospital's ER due to severe abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, which lasted close to 13 hours. They ran a CT scan, ultrasound, EKG and did bloodwork but ultimately sent me home on bedrest as they couldn't find the reason. On November 25th the same thing happened: severe abdominal pain, nausea and hours of vomiting, again they sent me home without knowing what the issue was. Ultimately I was hospitalized at the same hospital on December 6 and after 4 days of tests, giving tons of blood and having food and water withheld from me we found out that my gallbladder is hardened and has stones in it as well as my intestines inflamed and infected. I have not been able to work this whole time because I am heeding doctor's orders until surgery day. I begged for an extension with the understanding to pay the $200 late fee which he agreed to; however, my FMLA was declined due to my tenure at work (this is a new job, and I haven't hit 90 days yet). Therefore we are short on our rent as I am the sole provider and haven't had income in a month. We have until the 15th to pay our balance, or we must leave. If we are evicted, we have no choice but to go to a shelter. We desperately ask if you can find it in your heart to help us we will be forever grateful!
