Classrooms for Malawi

Hi my name is Elise,

I am absolutely delighted that I have been given the opportunity of a lifetime. I have been selected to travel to Malawi with my school peers in 2025, to participate in a renovation project of a local school.

The trip to Malawi does come at a large cost, which given the current climate I realise is a lot to ask of people. This is why I have decided to begin my fundraising as soon as possible. The money raised would help towards vaccinations, visas, accommodation and travel expenses.

Along with other events I am hoping to plan over the next 20 months, plus events that will be organised within the school group, I have set up this page to help start the ball rolling and hopefully begin my fundraising journey. The cost of trip is £4000, I would really appreciate and be ever so grateful for any donations you could afford, no matter how big or small.

I am delighted to make a difference in a less fortunate community and I truly believe the experience would be life changing for us all. I realise how fortunate my upbringing has been, and I can’t wait for the opportunity to change these children’s lives for the better.
