Support Family Devastated by Flood

My cousin and his family were in this horrible flood caused by Hurricane Helene. He lived off of 107 in Washington County, Tennessee. He said he heard water and told his wife to pack up some of their stuff. Within minutes, the water was flowing in his yard. He got his wife and two kids out safely to his parents home about two minutes up the road, but they weren't able to take any of their belongings.

He and his papaw went straight back to his home to try to get his animals out. Within minutes, water was raging in and surrounding them. They had to get on a neighbor’s roof of their garage waiting for two hours on rescue teams to come save them as water was completely around them.

Sitting on the roof, they watched his house get took down the river with his pets inside, so devastated. They lost EVERYTHING, including his work truck with all his tools on it, so now he doesn’t have his tools or anything to be able to work as he is a general contractor and has his own business. One of his dogs was found safely by the Kingsport Fire Department 20 feet stuck in a tree. He still has pets that haven’t been found yet and now him, his wife, and his two kids are without a home and without any of their belongings.
