Elsa's Journey

Donation protected
For all of those following Elsa’s journey, we thank you for your thoughts, prayers, love and support.  They are all deeply felt and appreciated, and it is with continued gratitude that Alissa, Graham and their families continue to move forward.  As their family encounters more frequent and longer hospital stays, those that love them continue to ask “how can we help?”  We all know Alissa and Graham have faced their journey with such dignity and bravery.

Watching Graham and Alissa struggle to balance their everyday family life with the growing demands of Elsa’s Dravet has prompted me to reach out to others for help. Dravet Syndrome is a rare and catastrophic form of epilepsy.  As I write this, Elsa is once again in the hospital- this syndrome will continue to take the time, energy and support of the entire family and all of those that love them.  I am asking for your help in easing the burden that this family has encountered. No gift is too small –anything will help and your support and love will be felt by many in the Prather/Hannan circle but most importantly by sweet, courageous Elsa.
