- Hi, my name is Chasity locklear and I have been injured by the Covid vaccine, also when I was 18 years old, I was diagnosed with kidney disease, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. It all started a few months later after getting the vaccine, when I ended up with a blood clot in my left leg. I also had a wound on my right leg which led me to necrotizing fasciitis which left me septic. My first night in Lumberton hospital they incubated me and told my mom I was too critical to be shipped anywhere else right then. So, my leg just kept getting blacker and blacker and they said they did not know what was going on, so, the eighth day comes around and they decided to ship me to Charlotte hospital, let me remind you I do not remember spending those eight days in Lumberton and I do not remember the helicopter ride to Charlotte. I just remember waking up in Charlotte and I was still on life support for weeks after. I remained in Charlotte for six months, October 2 has made 1 year that I have been home and have not yet to receive any Disability . No power wheelchair. No supplies to take care of my stage three bedsore wounds due to Medicaid not paying for what I need. I have been denied disability one time and have filed for a second time and it has been almost 8 months and I still have yet to receive anything. I have been denied rehab and a wheelchair because I don’t have Disability. I would not be creating this if I didn’t need you guys help. This has been my last resort. I also have a nine year old son who depends on me every day, and it sucks that I cannot do nothing for him not even so much as taking him to get a Halloween costume, or even take him trick-or-treating, and it breaks my heart because I’ve always been the one who has been there for him, and now I can’t, and the system is so corrupt that they help people that don’t need help but they don’t help anyone like me. Whatever you can give no matter if it’s a dollar everything helps I’m not looking for a handout I just want to let everybody know what I’ve been going through. As of now, I am bedridden with no muscle at all, and really need to be in a facility or at a rehab but I can’t even get that because my Disability issue. I will say this God is got me this far and he will continue to bless me no matter what, and he will never forsake me or put no more on me than what I can bare. Thanks in advance for all you guys prayers and help. I hope one day that I can tell someone my testimony, and it help them want to fight. I will be using these funds For me and my son and every day life and to maybe get me a handicap van one day. I also want to build me an outside handicap gym just for me to work out every day.
