Help with medical bills

Hey guys I'm Paul. I am asking for help with my medical bills and normal house hold bills. I am a Houston boatman that works on the channel for a living. I got hurt a few months ago and thought that it would just go away. Well that didn't happen. I am now faced with having to have major surgery on my back. I have two kids that I have to support and keep a roof over their heads. I am the soul provider for the kids. I am being told that after surgery it will be a minimum of 6 months recovery time. I can hardly walk at this point along with other side effects of the injury. Please help if you can it would be greatly appreciated. All funds will go to medical bills and household bills you have my word. Help me get back to work again.
