Casey's Van

On May 16, 2014 15-year old Casey Collett had a catastrophic 4-wheeler accident.  He was hospitalized for 9 months.  He suffered devastating internal injuries, a broken back and arm, and he suffered a stroke.  He is home now, with the help of many medical providers and care-givers around the clock.   He is still very fragile.  Thus far, Casey has been transported to and from all of his medical appointments by ambulance.  

While in the hospital, Casey missed his 16th birthday.  Now that he can communicate somewhat, he would like to have a 16th birthday party.  Casey would prefer a blue corvette!  However, Casey NEEDS a handicap accessible van.  In lieu of any gift for his 16th birthday, please consider a donation to be used toward the purchase of such a van.
