unexpected life changes

I've never done anything like this before; asking for help is kinda hard, but here I am with no other options. This past year has been real hard on me with all my medical issues and the times spent in the hospital, It seems everytime Im about to see the surface somethng pulls me back down. 
This time was a month long stay in the hospital followed with two and  half weeks of bed rest I havent been able to work for the last 6 to 7 weeks and the bills and things have just added up so much I dont know what I can do anymore. Today there was a termination notice from the gas company hanging onmy door.  I'm already two months behind on my rent and I am going to have to move, even if i did have the money I still need to move. 
  I need to find a place that doesnt have steps for me to climb. I've been on crutches for a couple years now, and I've been fighting everydday life, this last time spent in the hospital has reinforced my need for them.  My current apartment is not set  up fora handicapped person and I hate to admit it but it is getting just too hard for me. I really need to move to some place where I can come home from work and not struggle to get inside.  I've filled for disability, God only knows how long that will take.
The money that I am asking for is mostly the moving costs and to help pay down some of the bills from the doctors and other expenses I have fallen behind in while in the hospital. I know that times are tough for everyone
