Update: Ryan was released to recover at home on Monday! Praise the Lord. He is so happy to be back home with his family. However, he continues to have a long road to complete recovery, although we will never stop praying and believing for a God detour toward healing!!! The Bombergers are humbled by the outpouring of love and support. We have been asked by supporters to increase the GoFundMe amount so folks understand the continued need due to severely diminished income (all of Ryan’s in-person speaking engagements have been cancelled for the rest of the year) and sharp increase in monthly medication costs. You are a blessing! Thank you for rallying, for praying, for believing that God will turn a near tragedy into triumph for the Kingdom.
Original Post: For a number of weeks Ryan’s had some dizziness and extreme fatigue. Last night, he was hit with excruciating pain in his back and shortness of breath. En route to the hospital, Bethany called 911 for an ambulance to meet them as Ryan was losing consciousness. After a number of hours and many tests, it was determined that Ryan had experienced a pulmonary embolism resulting in a blood clot in each lung.
The family is asking that you join them in prayer for complete healing. They are asking that you would commit to believing with them for every attack of the enemy to be thwarted; that God will get the glory through this situation; and that Ryan’s voice would continue to impact the culture.
If you would like to couple your prayers with helping the family cover medical costs, we have set up this go fund me account. Due to these blood clots Ryan has had to cancel business trips which is primary way of income. Thank you for your generosity during this difficult season.
Thank you for joining with us and believing for God’s continued grace and healing.
