Ryan Borden’s Memorial Fundraiser

It is with great sorrow that we share the news of Ryan Borden's passing. Ryan passed away unexpectedly on the evening of Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in his home, at the age of 26. While I did not know Ryan personally, his brother Dylan is a very close friend and colleague of mine. I would even go as far as to say that Dylan is like a brother to me. He has always spoken about Ryan from a place of admiration, and often talked about how close both of them were with their Mother. He was so proud of Ryan's accomplishment of being sworn into the Edison, NJ Police Force last fall, in which he was respected by many members of the police force and the community alike. He is described by Police Chief Thomas Bryan as, "..certainly one of the most likeable, lovable, compassionate, caring young men that I could ever have known,"

Losing a family member or friend is never easy, especially when they are lost at such a young age, and unexpectedly. 

As a tribute to Ryan, I am organizing this fundraiser to support The Borden Family while they mourn their loss. The average funeral cost in the state of New Jersey is upwards of $10,000, therefore we have set the goal for $10,000. The funds will be given to the Borden Family to help with the costs of Ryan's Memorial Services. Any contributions are greatly appreciated. We ask that you share this page with as many friends and acquaintances of Ryan and his family as possible.
